The hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful scenery and views of the ocean. I was at Hotel Searock for only 3 nights beginning of march (2-3-4) and I wish I had stayed longer !..The situation of your hotel is great, and all the staff has been very nice, always helpful and smiling. My room was quiet on the first floor on the side. I'm hoping to come again next year and also to bring my children and my friends .

We recently enjoyed a mind-blowing stay at Hotel Searock Beach Resort Kovalam!!!!!The property is stunning.. Loved the views of the sea, sunset and nature.. My best friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff were always very helpful, warm and we enjoyed the speed boating and the clean beach. The rooms facing the beach had excellent view and added to the pleasant stay and overall experience. Worth the money!!

We had a breadth taking experience. One of the best sea side resort in kerala. Hotel searock beach resort kovalam surpassed on our expectation. The location is simply amazing. Rooms are very well maintain. Staffs are incredibly attending and friendly. Thank you for all the team member for making our stay so memorable....

I would not stay there again even if you paid me . I think the place is best for a noisy raucous native to Kerala crowd. They changed us Rs 5000 for the room when our driver told us that Rs 3500 priced rooms were available after talking to them on the phone, but they did not provide us that option. The counter staff except for one person is fairly non-communicative. The room was nice . The geyser hot water was sparing and it is better to take the hot water from the sink and fill the bucket and take a bath that way. The view was good but far from peaceful. We were there in a Sunday and the beach was totally packed and noisy. It was better the following morning but it was far from serene. Unbelievably they let the room out with out the remote for the a/c or for the TV and you have to ask for it before they bring it to you. The 9 key to the room telephone was broken so one could not call down to reception. One had to go down for the slightest query Everywhere there were plates and cups outside the room doors that were not picked up for over 24 hours. Initially they denied us the breakfast that we usually get and that was the first hotel in three trips to Kerala that treated us like this. When my driver threatened that I would inform trip advisor, they relented and offered us toast with butter and jam and tea. The restaurant staff was most unprofessional. They brought me the toast first and brought me the coffee much later when I had already finished eating it . They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you dine there. While he had some jam out at the next table for a minute a crow alighted and sampled some. I had to bring the incident to his attention, and he merely covers the plate of jam instead of throwing it away, presumably to foist on another unsuspecting customer. I has kingfish the previous night but the staff was very uncommunicative about the accompaniments to the dish. It had French fries and did not inform me, and had me order a plate fo French fries which was unnecessary. If you are a foreigner, stay away. If you want a decent place for you money, this is not the place to know. Memorable? Yes, but only for being a nightmare. Even places that charged me Rs 2000 and under, served me far better than this place. AVOID IT.
